Erectile Dysfunction

What is it?

Erectile Dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain erections for satisfactory sexual activity. Impotence and Erectile Dysfunction refers to the same condition and are used interchangeably. Erectile Dysfunction normally becomes general as men get older. Risk factors like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), medications, especially for hypertension and other cardiovascular conditions are highly increased by erectile dysfunction. Impotence may also occur following certain treatments for prostate cancer.
